dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Dukungan Sosial dengan Kesiapan Pensiun pada karyawan UPT Ketenagakerjaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari populasi yang berjumlah 50 orang. Skala Dukungan sosial disusun berdasarkan aspek menurut Sarafino & Smith (2011): Dukungan Emosional dan Penghargaan, Dukungan Instrumental, Dukungan Informatif, dan Dukungan Persahabatan. Skala kesiapan pensiun disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek kesiapan pensiun Sutarto & Cokro (2008) kesiapan materi finansial, kesiapan fisik, kesiapan mental dan emosi, kesiapan seluruh keluarga. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Dukungan sosial dengan kesiapan pensiun. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,665, dengan Signifikan p<0.010. Koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,442. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Dukungan sosial berdistribusi sebesar 44,2% terhadap Kesiapan Pensiun. Dukungan sosial tergolong tinggi dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 72,5 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 86,56 . Selanjutnya kesiapan pensiun dapat disimpulkan memperoleh hasil tinggi dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 65 dan nilai empiriknya sebear77,90. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif aspek kesiapan pensiun, dapat diketahui bahwa urutan nilai aspek yang mempengaruhi kesiapan Pensiun dari yang tertinggi hingga terendah diantaranya aspek kesiapan materi finansial dengan nilai 95.40%, Aspek fisik dengan nilai 88.70%, aspek mental This study aims to determine the corellation Between Social Support and Retirement Readiness in UPT Ketenagakerjaan employees. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample taken for this study was the entire population of 50 people. The Social Support Scale is arranged based on aspects according to Sarafino & Smith (2011): Emotional Support and Appreciation, Instrumental Support, Informative Support, and Friendship Support. The retirement readiness scale is arranged based on aspects of retirement readiness Sutarto & Cokro (2008) financial material readiness, physical readiness, mental and emotional readiness, readiness of the whole family. Based on the results of the product moment correlation analysis calculation, it can be seen that there is a positive relationship between Social Support and retirement readiness. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.665, with a significant p <0.010. The determinant coefficient (r2) = 0.442. This shows that Social Support is distributed by 44.2% to Retirement Readiness. Social support is classified as high with a hypothetical mean value of 72.5 and an empirical mean of 86.56. Furthermore, retirement readiness can be concluded to have high results with a hypothetical value of 65 and an empirical value of 77.90. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis of retirement readiness aspects, it can be seen that the order of the values of aspects that influence retirement readiness from highest to lowest include the financial material readiness aspect with a value of 95.40%, the physical aspect with a value of 88.70%, the mental and emotional aspect with a value of 78.30% and the whole family aspect with a value of 75.60%.en_US
