dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan burnout pada kurir PT. JNE Express cabang utama Kota Medan. Hipotesis penelitian yaitu ada hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan bumout. Sampel terdiri dari 93 orang kurir tetap PT. JNE Express kota Medan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan skala beban kerja dan skala bunwut. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan burnout (rxy =0.733, dengan signifikansi P = 0.000::; 0,05). Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian dinyatakan diterirna. Koefisien detenninasi (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar 0.538. Ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berkontribusi terhadap burnout sebesar 53.8% sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yg tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Analisis lanjutan menunjukan bahwa beban kerja tergolong rendah (mean hipotetik = 72.5, mean empirik = 61.57 dan standar deviasi = 10.071). Burnout juga tergolong rendah (mean hipotetik = 80, mean empirik = 62.55 dan standar deviasi = 12.924). This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between workload and burnout among couriers at the main branch of PT. JNE Express in Medan. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between workload and burnout. The sample consisted of 93 permanent couriers at PT. JNE Express in Medan using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using the workload scale and the burnout scale. The data analysis method used the product-moment correlation test. The results showed a positive relationship between workload and burnout (rxy = 0.733, with a significance level of P = 0.000; 0.05). Therefore, the research hypothesis was accepted. The coefficient of determination (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y was 0.538. This indicates that workload contributes 53.8% to burnout, while the remainder is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Further analysis showed that workload was relatively low (hypothetical mean = 72.5, empirical mean = 61.57, and standard deviation = 10.071). Burnout was also relatively low (hypothetical mean = 80, empirical mean = 62.55, and standard deviation = 12.924).en_US
