dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas layanan konseling sebaya dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan penerimaan diri santri putri korban bullying di pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimen one group pretest-posttest dengan melibatkan 15 santri putri yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi berupa enam sesi konseling sebaya yang dilakukan selama enam hari berturut-turut. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri dan skala penerimaan diri yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kepercayaan diri p = 0.017 (p < 0,05) dan penerimaan diri p = 0.002 (p < 0,05) setelah mendapatkan layanan konseling sebaya. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling sebaya efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan penerimaan diri santri putri korban bullying. Layanan ini direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi pendukung di lingkungan pesantren. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of peer counseling services in improving self-confidence and self-acceptance among female students who are victims of bullying in Islamic boarding schools. This research applied a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design with 15 participants selected using purposive sampling. The intervention consisted of six consecutive sessions of peer counseling. Research instruments included a validated self-confidence scale and a self-acceptance scale. The data analysis using paired sample t-test showed significant increases in both self-confidence p = 0.017 (p < 0,05) and self-acceptance p = 0.002 (p < 0,05) after the peer counseling intervention. These results indicate that peer counseling is effective in enhancing the self-confidence and self-acceptance of female students who have been victims of bullying. This service is recommended as a supportive intervention within the pesantren environment.en_US
