Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran psychological well-being pada Generasi Z yang aktif di komunitas keagamaan di Universitas Medan Area. Psychological well-being merupakan kondisi kesejahteraan psikologis yang mencerminkan sejauh mana individu merasa positif terhadap dirinya sendiri dan kehidupannya, yang dalam penelitian ini diukur berdasarkan enam dimensi menurut Ryff, yaitu self-acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose of life, dan personal growth. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 84 orang yang berasal dari tiga komunitas keagamaan, yaitu KMKP-UMA, FORMASI UMA, dan HMK-FEB UMA. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala psychological well-being yang disusun berdasarkan enam dimensi Ryff dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan tingkat psychological well-being berada pada kategori sedang (56%). Kontribusi terbesar berasal dari dimensi self-acceptance, purpose of life, dan personal growth masing-masing sebesar 18%, diikuti oleh environmental mastery (17%), positive relations with others (16%), dan autonomy sebagai dimensi terendah 13%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam komunitas keagamaan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap psychological well-being mereka dan disarankan agar komunitas keagamaan menyediakan program yang mendukung pengembangan kemandirian, seperti pelatihan kepemimpinan, diskusi reflektif, serta keterlibatan aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan guna meningkatkan dimensi autonomy mahasiswa. This study aims to determine the psychological well-being of Generation Z students who are actively involved in religious communities at Universitas Medan Area. Psychological well-being is a psychological condition that reflects the extent to which individuals feel positive about themselves and their lives. In this study, psychological well-being was measured based on six dimensions proposed by Ryff, namely self-acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, and personal growth. The study used a descriptive quantitative method with a total of 84 participants from three religious communities: KMKP-UMA, FORMASI UMA, and HMK-FEB UMA. Data were collected using a psychological well-being scale based on Ryff's six dimensions and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the overall level of psychological well-being was in the moderate category (56%). The highest contributions came from the dimensions of self-acceptance, purpose in life, and personal growth (18% each), followed by environmental mastery (17%), positive relations with others (16%), and autonomy as the lowest (13%). Based on these findings, this study provides an understanding that student involvement in religious communities contributes positively to their psychological well-being. It is recommended that religious communities provide programs that support the development of autonomy, such as leadership training, reflective discussions, and active involvement in decision-making, in order to enhance the autonomy dimension among students.
