dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran self efficacy dan dukungan sosial untuk meningkatkan psychological well being guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA). Subjek penelitian adalah 266 guru RA honorer di Kabupaten Langkat. Pengukuran menggunakan skala psychological well being, self efficacy dan dukungan sosial. Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan positif antara self efficacy terhadap psychological well being (tx1y = 10.745 dengan p = 0.000 berarti p<0.05) dan memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 50,71%. Dukungan sosial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap psycological well being tx2y = 2.176 dengan p = 0.030, berarti p<0.05) dan memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 8,64%. Interaction effect didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan Self efficacy dan Dukungan sosial secara bersamaan terhadap Psychological Well Being dimana koefisien F = 192.334; dengan p = 0.000 berarti p < 0,050. Sumbangan efektif kedua variabel self efficacy dan dukungan sosial sebesar 59,4% (R2 = 0.594). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy dan dukungan sosial berperan signifikan terhadap psychological well being guru RA, baik secara simultan maupun terpisah. This research aims to determine the role of self-efficacy and social support in improving the psychological well-being of Raudhatul Athfal (RA) teachers. The research subjects were 266 honorary RA teachers in Langkat Regency. Measurements use psychological well being, self efficacy and social support scales. Multiple regression analysis shows that there is a significant positive influence between self-efficacy on psychological well-being (tx1y = 10.745 with p = 0.000 meaning p<0.05) and provides an effective contribution of 50.71%. Social support has a significant positive influence on psychological well-being tx2y = 2.176 with p = 0.030, meaning p <0.05) and provides an effective contribution of 8.64%. Interaction effect, it was found that there was a significant influence of Self-efficacy and Social Support simultaneously on Psychological Well Being where the coefficient F = 192.334; with p = 0.000 means p < 0.050. The effective contribution of the two self-efficacy and social support variables was 59.4% (R2 = 0.594). This research shows that self-efficacy and social support play a significant role in the psychological well-being of RA teachers, both simultaneously and separately.en_US
