| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan efikasi diri terhadap tingkat keterlibatan siswa di SMP Islam Terpadu Jabal Noor Deli Serdang. Keterlibatan siswa merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan belajar siswa, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pendataan dilakukan di SMP Terpadu Jabal Noor Deli Serdang. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Islam Terpadu Jabal Noor kelas XI yang dilakukan dengan skrining menggunakan data siswa yang masuk dalam catatan pengawasan guru BK di sekolah tersebut. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan emosional teman sebaya dan Efikasi Diri secara bersamaan terhadap Keterlibatan Mahasiswa pada siswa SMP Islam Terpadu Jabal Noor yang ditunjukkan dengan fcount 3.525 dan ftable 3.04, Dengan demikian hasil pengujian hipotesis pada tes f (simultan) menunjukkan pengaruh positif dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri dengan keterlibatan siswa". Kemudian dan nilai koefisien penentuan (R2) adalah 0,195 atau 19,5%. Skor menunjukkan bahwa 19,5% pencapaian Keterlibatan Mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh Dukungan Sosial dan Efikasi Diri. Sedangkan sisanya 80,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis This study aims to determine the influence of peer social support and self efficacy on the level of student engagement at Jabal Noor Deli Serdang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. Student engagement is an important factor that affects student learning success, which is influenced by various internal and external factors. This study uses a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out at the Jabal Noor Deli Serdang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. The population taken in this study is students of Jabal Noor Integrated Islamic Junior High School grade XI which was carried out by screening using student data that is included in the supervision records of BK teachers at the school. The sample used in this study amounted to 112 people. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between peer emotional support and Self Efficay simultaneously on Student Engangement in students of Jabal Noor Integrated Islamic Junior High School which was shown by a fcount of 3.525 and a ftable of 3.04, Thus the results of hypothesis testing on the f test (simultaneous) showed a positive influence of social support and self efficacy with student involvement". Then and the value of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.195 or 19.5%. The score showed that 19.5% of Student Engagement achievement was influenced by Social Support and Self-Efficacy.
