Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran Workplace Well-Being pegawai outsourcing di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari semua pegawai outsourcing di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yang berjumlah 80 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang dikenal sebagai total sampling. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis data melalui kuesioner. Kuesioner ini dirancang untuk mengukur berbagai dimensi dari workplace well-being di tempat kerja, mencakup baik dimensi instrinsik maupun ekstrinsik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi tertinggi dari workplace well-being adalah dimensi instrinsik, dengan nilai mean empirik 57.375, yang menandakan bahwa pegawai merasakan kesejahteraan yang tinggi di lingkungan kerja mereka. Sebaliknya, dimensi ekstrinsik mencatat mean empirik sebesar 51.463, yang juga menunjukkan kondisi positif meskipun sedikit lebih rendah. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pegawai merasa dihargai dan mendapatkan dukungan dari atasan serta rekan kerja, yang berdampak pada motivasi dan produktivitas mereka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerja instansi. This study aims to examine the description of workplace well-being among outsourced employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Sumatra Province. The population in this study consisted of all outsourced employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Sumatra Province, totalling 80 people. In this study, all members of the population were sampled, using a sampling technique known as total sampling. The research method applied is descriptive quantitative method, which aims to analyse data through questionnaires. The questionnaire was designed to measure various aspects of workplace well-being, covering both intrinsic and extrinsic dimensions. The results showed that the highest aspect of workplace well-being is the intrinsic aspect, with an empirical mean value of 57.375, which signifies that employees feel high well- being in their work environment. In contrast, the extrinsic aspect recorded an empirical mean of 51.463, which also indicates a positive albeit slightly lower condition. The study revealed that employees feel valued and supported by their superiors and co-workers, which has an impact on their motivation and productivity. The conclusion of this study emphasises the importance of paying attention to employee welfare to improve organisational performance.
