dc.description.abstractMasa remaja merupakan masa peralihan antara periode anak-anak, ke periode perkembangan dewasa, pada masa ini peran ayah dibutuhkan dalam perkembangan konsep diri remaja putri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti secara empiris tentang bagaimana “Gambaran Konsep Diri Remaja Putri Ditinjau Dari Peran Ayah dalam Pengasuhan”. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti mengambil 114 sampel dari jumlah populasi 179 siswi SMK Swasta Perguruan Bandung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala konsep diri yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek konsep diri. Sebelum melakukan penelitian, peneliti melakukan uji coba try out pada 30 siswi, dengan hasil sebanyak 5 skala gugur. Dari hasil analisis yang peneliti lakukan diketahui bahwa aspek yang paling dominan merupakan aspek Affect Self-Concept. Aspek ini memiliki persentase sebesar 24,5% dengan sebanyak 100 dari 114 siswi mengalami persentase tinggi sebesar 87,7%. Sedangkan persentase paling terendah merupakan aspek Family Self-Concept sebesar 10,7%, hanya 6 dari 114 siswi yang mengalami persentase tinggi sebesar 5,3%. Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood, during which the father’s role is needed in the development of adolescent girl’s self-concept. The research aimed to empirically examine how the “Self-Concept Description of Adolescent Girls in Terms of Father’s Role in Parenting” was represented. The type of research used was quantitative research. The researcher took 114 samples from a total population of 179 female students at SMK Swasta Perguruan Bandung. Data collection used a self-concept scale compiled based on the aspects of self-concept. Before conducting the research, the researcher conducted a try-out test on 30 students, resulting in 5 eliminated scales. Based on the analysis conducted by the researcher, it was found that the most dominant aspect was Affect Self-Concept. This aspect had a percentage of 24.5%, with 100 out of 114 students having a high percentage of 87.7%. Meanwhile, the lowest percentage was the Family Self-Concept aspect at 10.7%, with only 6 out of 114 students showing a high percentage of 5.3%.en_US
