| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap work-life balance. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi berjumlah 93 pegawai PT. Maybrat Lestari, yang sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah skala kecerdasan emosional dan work-life balance. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap work-life balance dengan nilai signifikansi P = 0,000 < 0,05, koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,837 atau kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 83,7%, dan nilai T hitung = 21,652. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah y = 4,582 + 0,920x, yang berarti setiap peningkatan kecerdasan emosional sebesar satu satuan akan meningkatkan work-life balance sebesar 0,920 satuan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life balance. Artinya, semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional yang dimiliki pegawai, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi mereka. Baik kecerdasan emosional (mean empiris = 98,473 > mean hipotetik = 69) maupun work-life balance (mean empiris = 95,161 > mean hipotetik = 66) berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on work-life balance. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a population of 93 employees of PT. Maybrat Lestari, who also served as samples with a total sampling technique. The instruments used in data collection were the emotional intelligence and work-life balance scales. Data analysis was conducted using a simple linear regression test. The results show that there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on work-life balance with a significance value of P = 0.000 < 0.05, a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.837 or an influence contribution of 83.7%, and a calculated T value of 21.652. The regression equation obtained is y = 4.582 + 0.920x, which means that every one unit increase in emotional intelligence will increase work-life balance by 0.920 units. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is declared accepted. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance. This means that the higher the emotional intelligence possessed by employees, the higher the level of balance between their work and personal lives. Both emotional intelligence (empirical mean = 98.473 > hypothetical mean = 69) and work-life balance (empirical mean = 95.161 > hypothetical mean = 66) are in the very high category. | en_US |
