dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan profesionalisme kerja pada pegawai PT. Teman Rezeki Sukses. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 orang, yang diambil menggunakan teknik convenience Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosional dan skala profesionalisme kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Berdasarkan analisis, ditemukan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan profesionalisme kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,530 dan p = 0,001. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima, yaitu semakin tinggi tingkat kecerdasan emosional, semakin tinggi pula profesionalisme kerja. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya kecerdasan emosional dalam menunjang profesionalisme kerja di lingkungan organisasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and work professionalism among employees of PT. Teman Rezeki Sukses. The method used was quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 50 people, taken using a convenience sampling technique. Data collection methods used emotional intelligence and work professionalism scales. The data analysis technique used the Spearman correlation test. Based on the analysis, a significant positive relationship was found between emotional intelligence and work professionalism with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.530 and p = 0.001. These results indicate that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that the higher the level of emotional intelligence, the higher the work professionalism. These findings highlight the importance of emotional intelligence in supporting work professionalism in an organizational environment.en_US
