dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis bubungan antara iklim kerja dengan kepuasan kerja Karyawan bagian pemanen PTPN IV Unit Kebun Batang Laping . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 63 orang Karyawan bagian pemanen PTPN IV Unit Kebun Batang Laping Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah Purposive sampling. Alat ukur pene1itian ini menggunakan skala iklim kerja clan kepuasan kerja yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Speactor. Berdasarkan basil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa Iklim Kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan bagian pemanen di PTPN IV Unit Kebun Batang Laping tergolong sedang cenderung rendah (mean empirik = 63.603 > mean hipotetik = 65.000). lni mengindikasikan bahwa karyawan bagian pemanen di PTPN IV Unit Kebun Batang Lapiog memiJiki iklim kerja yang tergolong baik. Ini dapat disebabkan oleh koodisi lingkungan kerja yang cukup mendukung dan rekan-rekan kerja yang profesional dan kompeten. Kemuclian terlihat adanya indikasi positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Tingkat kepuasan kerja pada karyawao bagian pemanen di PTPN IV Unit Kebun Batang Laping juga tergolong sedang cenderung rendah (mean empirik = 80.651 < mean hipotetik = 82.500). dimana kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja, komitmen kerja serta motivasi kerja pada karyawan. Dan Koefisien determinan (r) dari hubungan antara variable bebas clan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,310. Ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja berdistribusi sebesar 31.00% terhadap kepuasan kerja. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between work climate and job satisfaction among harvesting employees at PTPN IV Batang Laping Plantation Unit. The research method used was quantitative. The sample size for this study was 63 harvesting employees at PTPN IV Batang Laping Plantation Unit. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The measurement tool used in this study was a work climate and job satisfaction scale compiled based on the aspects proposed by Spector. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the work climate perceived by harvesting employees at PTPN IV Batang Laping Plantation Unit is classified as moderate to low (empirical mean = 63.603 > hypothetical mean = 65.000). This indicates that harvesting employees at PTPN IV Batang Laping Plantation Unit have a relatively good work climate. This may be due to a supportive work environment and professional and competent coworkers. Furthermore, there are positive indications of employee job satisfaction. The level of job satisfaction among harvesting employees at PTPN IV Batang Laping Plantation Unit is also classified as moderate to low (empirical mean = 80.651 < hypothetical mean = 82.500). Employee job satisfaction can increase work enthusiasm, commitment, and motivation. The coefficient of determination (r) for the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is r2 = 0.310. This indicates that work climate has a 31.00% effect on job satisfaction.en_US
