The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 92 police officers. The data collection method in this study uses scales, namely the psychological well-being scale and the job insecurity scale. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the data analysis conducted, a determinant result (rxy) of -0.585 with p = 0.000 < 0.050 was obtained, meaning there is a negative influence of psychological well-being on job insecurity. From the results of this study, it is known that psychological well-being has a significant influence in increasing job insecurity among police officers. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.343, which means that psychological well-being contributes to job insecurity by 34.3%. |
