| dc.description.abstract | Dunia kerja modern diwarnai dengan berbagai tantangan dan tuntutan yang tinggi bagi para personel. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi employee engagement diantaranya adalah perceived organizational support dan self efficacy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari perceived organizational support dan self efficacy terhadap employee engagement pada personel di Polres Padang Lawas. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 202 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala perceived organizational support, self efficacy dan employee engagement scale. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support dan self efficacy mempengaruhi employee engagement dengan arah positif dengan persamaan Employee engagement = 34,088 + (POS x 0,272) + (SE + 1,308). Adanya dukungan dari organisasi dan self efficacy dapat meningkatkan employee engagement pada organisasinya. The modern workplace is characterized by numerous challenges and high demands on personnel. Various factors influence employee engagement, including perceived organizational support and self-efficacy. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on employee engagement among personnel at the Padang Lawas Police Department (Polres Padang Lawas). A total of 202 respondents participated in this study. The research instruments used included the Perceived Organizational Support Scale, the Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Employee Engagement Scale. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results indicate that both perceived organizational support and self-efficacy positively influence employee engagement, as reflected in the regression equation: Employee Engagement = 34,088 + (POS x 0,272) + (SE + 1,308) Organizational support and self-efficacy play a significant role in enhancing employees’ engagement with their organization. | en_US |
