Studi Identifikasi Faktor - Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Stres Kerja pada Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) Sidikalang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Studi Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Stress Kerja Pada Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Sidikalang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif kuantitatif. . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sidikalang yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari populasi yang berjumlah 30 orang. teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara langsung dan telah sesuai dengan semua persyaratan sampel yang diperlukan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik, karena analisis statistik dapat menguatkan suatu kesimpulan penelitian. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, karena bertujuan untuk melihat jawaban dari setiap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stress kerja pada karyawan PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Sidikalang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, didapatkan kontribusi faktor Extra Organizational Stressor pengaruh terhadap stres kerja sebesar 0,617 atau 27%, faktor Group Stressor sebesar 0,910 atau 39% dan faktor Individual Stressor sebesar 0,778 atau 34%. Dari hasil analisis tersebut diketahui bahwa faktor Group Stressor merupakan faktor yang paling tinggi pengaruhnya terhadap stres kerja dan faktor Extra Organizational Stressor merupakan faktor paling rendah pengaruhnya. This study aims to determine the Identification of Factors Affecting Work Stress in Employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sidikalang. This research method uses quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sidikalang which amounted to 30 people. The sample taken for this study was the entire population of 30 people. sampling techniques in this study using total sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques carried out directly and in accordance with all the necessary sample requirements. The data analysis method used in this research is statistical analysis, because statistical analysis can strengthen a research conclusion. This research is descriptive, because it aims to see the answers to each factor that affects job stress in employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sidikalang Based on the results of the analysis that has been obtained in this study, obtained the contribution of the Extra Organizational Stressor factor to work stress of 0.617 or 27%, the Group Stressor factor of 0.910 or 39% and the Individual Stressor factor of 0.778 or 34%. From the results of the analysis it is known that the Group Stressor factor is the factor with the highest influence on work stress and the Extra Organizational Stressor factor is the factor with the lowest influence.
