| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan Mobile banking dan kualitas layanan dalam memudahkan transaksi di PT. Bank Sumut KCP Sei Sikambing. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik survei menggunakan kuesioner kepada 86 responden penggunaaktif aplikasi Sumut Mobile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik penggunaan Mobile banking maupun kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemudahan transaksi. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara simultan juga berpengaruh signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perbankan untuk terus meningkatkan fitur dan kualitas pelayanan Mobile banking guna meningkatkan kepuasan serta loyalitas nasabah. This study aims to analyze the influence of Mobile banking usage and service quality on transaction convenience at PT. Bank Sumut KCP Sei Sikambing. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 86 active users of the Sumut Mobile application. The results indicate that both Mobile banking usage and service quality have a positive and significant effect on transaction convenience. Multiple linear regression analysis also shows that the two independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence. This study provides recommendations for banks to continuously improve the features and service quality of Mobile banking in order to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. |
