This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and quarter-life crisis among alumni of the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Medan Area. A quarter-life crisis is a common psychological condition experienced by young adults, characterized by confusion, anxiety, and identity crisis regarding their future. Meanwhile, self-efficacy is believed to be a protective factor in navigating such life transitions. This research employed a correlational quantitative approach with a sample of psychology alumni from UMA. The results revealed a significant negative correlation between selfefficacy and quarter-life crisis, as indicated by Pearson's correlation (r = - 0.360, p < 0.001) and Spearman's rho (rho = -0.432, p < 0.001). Simple linear regression analysis showed that self-efficacy contributed 13% to the quarterlife crisis (R² = 0.130). Validity tests confirmed most items as valid, while reliability tests indicated high Cronbach's Alpha values (0.936 for self-efficacy and 0.945 for quarter-life crisis). The normality test showed that only the selfefficacy variable was normally distributed. These findings suggest that enhancing self-efficacy can reduce the risk of experiencing a quarter-life crisis. Therefore, interventions such as life skills training, counseling, and career preparation programs are essential in supporting alumni to face postgraduation transitions in a healthy and adaptive manner.en_US
