Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada bagian Pengelolaan Pendapatan di BAPENDA Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Disiplin kerja merupakan elemen penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, terutama dalam instansi pemerintahan yang bertugas mengelola pendapatan daerah. Rendahnya tingkat disiplin, seperti keterlambatan hadir, tidak mengisi absensi, dan ketidaktepatan dalam menyelesaikan tugas, menjadi isu krusial yang harus segera ditangani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan meliputi skala budaya organisasi dan skala disiplin kerja. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi normalitas, linearitas, serta regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,888 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 78,80%. Nilai rata-rata empirik budaya organisasi adalah 61,409 dan disiplin kerja sebesar 62,727, keduanya berada pada kategori sedang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin baik budaya yang dibangun dan diterapkan pada suatu organisasi, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kedisiplinan pegawainya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi institusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai melalui penguatan budaya organisasi. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee work discipline in the Revenue Management section at BAPENDA, North Sumatra Province. Work discipline is a crucial element in enhancing organizational performance, particularly in government agencies responsible for managing regional revenues. Low levels of discipline, such as late attendance, not filling in attendance, and inaccuracy in completing tasks, are crucial issues that must be addressed immediately. This study uses a quantitative approach, the research sample in this study amounted to 44 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. The measuring instruments used include the Organizational Culture Scale and the Work Discipline Scale. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality assumption, linearity, and simple linear regression tests. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work discipline with a correlation coefficient value of 0.888 and a contribution of 78.80%. The empirical average value of organizational culture is 61.409 and work discipline is 62.727, both of which are in the moderate category. This finding confirms that the better the culture built and implemented in an organization, the higher the level of employee discipline. This research is expected to provide input for institutions in improving employee work effectiveness by strengthening organizational culture.
