| dc.description.abstract | Resiliensi akademik merupakan kemampuan siswa untuk menghadapi kesulitan akademik, tetap bertahan, dan bangkit dari kegagalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas konseling kelompok dalam meningkatkan resiliensi akademik siswa kelas XI SMA UISU Siantar. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain pre-test post-test one group design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa yang memiliki tingkat resiliensi akademik rendah hingga sedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam resiliensi akademik siswa setelah mengikuti konseling kelompok, dengan uji t-test menunjukkan nilai p = 0,019 (p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, konseling kelompok dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu metode intervensi untuk membantu siswa mengatasi tekanan akademik dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Academic resilience is a student's ability to face academic difficulties, persist, and recover from failure. This study aims to test the effectiveness of group counseling in improving the academic resilience of eleventh-grade students at UISU Siantar High School. The method used was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test, post-test, one-group design. The study subjects were 10 students with low to moderate levels of academic resilience. The results showed a significant increase in students' academic resilience after participating in group counseling, with a t-test showing a p-value of 0.019 (p < 0.05). Thus, group counseling can be used as an intervention method to help students cope with academic stress and increase their motivation to learn. | en_US |
