| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PNS di Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dalam pemilihan subjek. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Aceh sebanyak 100 orang. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kepuasan kerja. Dimana koefisien R sebesar 0,381dan p = 0,000. Korelasinya bersifat signifikan, artinya jika gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tinggi maka kepuasan kerja semakin tinggi. Koefisien determinan R2 sebesar 0,145, artinya bahwa 14,5 % kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis 1 yang diajukan diterima. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja. Dimana koefisien R sebesar 0,237 dan p = 0,018. Korelasinya bersifat signifikan, artinya jika motivasi kerja tinggi maka kepuasan kerja semakin tinggi. Koefisien determinan R2 sebesar 0,056, artinya bahwa 5,6 % kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja. Secara bersama-sama variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tabel model summary dimana koefisien R sebesar 0,427 dan p = 0.000. artinya secara bersama-sama variabel X1 dan X2 mempengaruhi variabel Y. berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinan R2 sebesar 0,183, artinya bahwa 18,3 % kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja. Sedangkan 81,7 % dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lain yang tidak dapat dijelaskan dalam persamaan regresi tersebut (residual). This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation on job satisfaction among civil servants at the National Narcotics Agency of Aceh Province. The study employed total sampling in the selection of subjects. The subjects of this study were all employees at the National Narcotics Agency of Aceh Province, totaling 100 individuals. Based on the research findings, there is a significant influence of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.381 and p = 0.000. The correlation is significant, meaning that higher transformational leadership is associated with higher job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.145, indicating that 14.5% of job satisfaction is influenced by transformational leadership style. Therefore, the first hypothesis is accepted. There is also a significant influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.237 and p = 0.018. The correlation is significant, suggesting that higher work motivation corresponds to higher job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.056, indicating that 5.6% of job satisfaction is influenced by work motivation.Together, transformational leadership style and work motivation have a significant influence on job satisfaction. This is supported by the model summary table showing a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.427 and p = 0.000, meaning that variables X1 and X2 jointly influence variable Y. Based on the findings, all three hypotheses proposed in the study are accepted. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.183, which means that 18.3% of job satisfaction is influenced by transformational leadership style and work motivation, while the remaining 81.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in the regression equation (residual). |
