| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Asuransi Generali First Grade Team. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, data primer diperoleh dari jawaban terhadap serangkaian pernyataan dalam bentuk kuesioner kepada karyawan yang berjumlah 73 responden. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan juga dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode slovin yang berada di PT. Asuransi generali first grade team. Adapun cara penyebaran kuesioner melalui beberapa lembar kuesioner dibagi kepada karyawan tersebut, dan juga ada melalui google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pemberdayaan sumber daya Manusia terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara simultan bahwa ada hubungan antara Lingkungan kerja dan Pemberdayaan sumber daya Manusia terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment and Human Resource Empowerment on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Asuransi Generali First Grade Team. This study uses primary data, primary data obtained from answers to a series of statements in the form of questionnaires to employees totaling 73 respondents. The research sample uses purposive sampling technique and also in this study is determined by the slovin method at PT. Asuransi generali first grade team. The method of distributing the questionnaire through several questionnaire sheets is divided into employees, and also through google form. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of partial testing, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. Based on the results of partial testing, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Human Resource Empowerment on Employee Job Satisfaction. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, there is a relationship between the Work Environment and Human Resource Empowerment on Employee Job Satisfaction. |
