| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pola Komunikasi Kodim 0201/Medan dalam Memberikan Instruksi Saat Apel Pagi” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pola komunikasi organisasi diterapkan di lingkungan Komando Distrik Militer (Kodim) 0201/Medan dalam penyampaian instruksi pada apel rutin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap informan yang terdiri dari Komandan Kodim, Perwira Staf, Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), serta prajurit Kodim 0201/Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang digunakan di Kodim 0201/Medan merupakan bentuk komunikasi organisasi yang bersifat hierarkis dan formal, sesuai dengan struktur komando militer. Instruksi disampaikan secara langsung oleh pimpinan kepada anggota melalui komunikasi tatap muka yang didukung simbol verbal dan nonverbal seperti intonasi suara, gerak tubuh, dan kontak mata untuk memperjelas pesan. Hambatan komunikasi yang muncul bersifat teknis, seperti keterlambatan informasi akibat perubahan situasi mendadak, dan diatasi dengan komunikasi sekunder melalui pesan singkat, telepon, atau surat perintah. Secara keseluruhan, pola komunikasi organisasi di Kodim 0201/Medan berjalan efektif karena mampu menjaga kejelasan informasi, memperkuat koordinasi antaranggota, serta menanamkan nilai disiplin dan kepatuhan terhadap struktur komando. This study, entitled “Communication Patterns of the 0201/Medan Military District Command in Delivering Instructions During Morning Roll Call,” aims to identify and analyze the implementation of organizational communication patterns within the Kodim 0201/Medan environment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the Commander, Staff Officers, Civil Servants, and soldiers. The results indicate that the communication pattern applied at Kodim 0201/Medan is hierarchical and formal, reflecting the military command structure. Instructions are delivered directly by leaders through face-to-face communication supported by verbal and nonverbal cues such as tone, posture, and gestures. Barriers in communication are mostly technical and are addressed through secondary communication methods like phone calls and written orders. Overall, the organizational communication pattern is effective in maintaining clarity, coordination, and discipline within the military environment. | en_US |
