Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi faktor kepuasan kerja di koramil 01 Batangtoru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriftif dengan Teknik analisis faktorial untuk melihat apa yang menjadi faktor kepuasan kerja Pada anggota personel 1NI-AD Di Koramil 01 Batangtoru Populasi penelitian berjumlah 32 anggota personel dan sampel diambil secara probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala Likert.Validitas diuji menggunakan analisis faktorial dan reliabilitas diuji dengan Alpha Cronbach melalui SPSS versi 29. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Berdasarkan basil analisis faktor-faktor Kepuasan Kerja di Koramil 01 Batangtoru didapatkan kontribusi faktor finansial pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 0,559 faktor fisik sebesar 0,774 faktor sosialsebesar 0,853 dan faktor psikologis sebesar 0,898 Dari basil analisis tersebut diketahui bahwa faktor psikologis merupakan faktor yang paling tinggi pengaruh nya terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan faktor finansial merupakan faktor paling rendah pengaruhnya. This study aims to determine the factors contributing to job satisfaction at the Batangtoru 01 Military District Command. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with factorial analysis techniques to determine the factors influencing job satisfaction among 1NI-AD personnel at Koramil 01 Batangtoru. The study population consisted of 32 personnel, and the sample was drawn using probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique, with the entire population being sampled. The instrument used was a Likert scale. Validity was tested using factorial analysis, and reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha using SPSS version 29. The analysis results showed that, based on the analysis of factors affecting Job Satisfaction at Koramil 01 Batangtoru, financial factors contributed 0.559 to Job Satisfaction, physical factors contributed 0.774 to Job Satisfaction, social factors contributed 0.853 to Job Satisfaction, and psychological factors contributed 0.898 to Job Satisfaction. The analysis revealed that psychological factors had the highest influence on Job Satisfaction, while financial factors had the lowest influence.
