One of the main metrics used to evaluate the effectiveness of government is public satisfaction with public services. However, there are still problems in administrative procedures that affect public access to quality services quickly. The purpose of this study was to determine the function of the Head of Government Section in providing administrative services at the Onowaembo Village Office, Gunung Sitoli District, and the obstacles faced by the Head of Government Section in providing administrative services in Onowaembo Village, Gunungsitoli District, Gunung Sitoi City. In this study, six indicators of Sinambela theory were used, namely transparency, accountability, conditional, participatory, equal rights, and balance of rights and obligations. Observations were conducted as part of the qualitative research methodology.T According to the research findings, village administration activities are rather successful in terms of accountability, conditionality, participativeness, and the harmony of rights and responsibilities. But there are still some issues that require further focus, particularly in relation to equal rights and openness. The village's inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the community's ignorance of village government regulations and processes, are the primary obstacles to administrative services. By tackling this issue, Onowaembo Village's public services will become more responsive and effective. |
