Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bullying terhadap motivasi belajar Siswa Madrasah Aliyah Sawasta Darul Muqomah Al-Khoiriyyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa/siswi Madrasah Aliyah Sawasta Darul Muqomah Al-Khoiriyyah kelas X, XI, dan XII yang berjumlah 100 siswa dengan Teknik Total Sampling dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala dengan bentuk skala Likert. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana, keputusannya adalah hipotesis diterima artinya bahwa variabel bullying memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Madrasah Aliyah Sawasta Darul Muqomah Al-Khoiriyyah dengan asumsi semakin tinggi perilaku bullying maka semakin rendah pula motivasi belajar pada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi, diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara bullying dengan motivasi belajar dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,291 yang berarti bullying memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar. dari hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa bullying tergolong tinggi dan motivasi belajar tergolong rendah. Dengan yang peneliti paparkan diatas, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti diterima The objective of this study is to examine the effect of bullying on students’ learning motivation at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Muqomah Al-Khoiriyyah. This research employed a correlational research method. The sample consisted of 100 students from grades X, XI, and XII of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Muqomah Al-Khoiriyyah, selected using a total sampling technique with a 5% margin of error. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Based on the results of simple regression analysis, the hypothesis was accepted, indicating that the bullying variable significantly influences students’ learning motivation. The findings suggest that the higher the level of bullying, the lower the students’ learning motivation. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination analysis showed a significant effect of bullying on learning motivation, with a determinant coefficient (r²) of 0.291, meaning that bullying contributes to 29.1% of the variance in learning motivation. The results also revealed that the level of bullying was relatively high, while the level of learning motivation was relatively low. In conclusion, the research findings confirm that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
