This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction among employees at PTP N IV Region 6 KSO Langsa. The research hypothesis posits a positive correlation between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction. The sample consisted of 89 from 445 employees at PTP N IV Region 6 KSO Langsa, using a Purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using an interpersonal communication scale and a job satisfaction scale. Data analysis was conducted using the product moment correlation test. The results indicate a positive correlation between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction (r = 0.717, with a significance of P = 0.000 < 0.05). Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (r²) between the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) is 0.515, indicating that interpersonal communication contributes 51.5% to job satisfaction, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Further analysis shows that interpersonal communication is categorized as moderate (hypothetical mean = 75, empirical mean = 71.71, and standard deviation = 13.3), and job satisfaction is also categorized as moderate (hypothetical mean = 70, empirical mean = 79.18, and standard deviation = 10.7).
