| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar dan keterlibatan belajar siswa di MTs Al-ikhlas Aek Botik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar dan keterlibatan belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain Pretest -postes Control Group Desain. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri atas 42 siswa kelas VII yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perklakuan dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw dan kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal pilihan ganda untuk mengukur hasil belajar dan keterlibatan belajar siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan (uji normalitas dan homogenitas), dilanjutkan dengan uji Paired Sample t-Test, Independen Sample Test, Uji Wilxocon dan Uji Mann Whitney Test. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan postest pada kelas eksperimen yaitu Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000. Karena nilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari < 0,05. Begitu juga dengan hasil analisis uji Mann Whitney terhadap skor keterlibatan belajar siswa menunjukan Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,002 (<0,005) artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan model pembelajarn jigsaw terhadap keterlibatan belajar siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran jigsaw berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan keterlibatan belajar siswa di MTs Al- Ikhlas Aek Botik. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes and student learning engagement at MTs Al-ikhlas Aek Botik. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the jigsaw learning model on student learning outcomes and learning engagement. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The subjects of this study consisted of 42 seventh-grade students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental class given treatment with the jigsaw learning model and the control class with conventional learning. The instrument used was multiple-choice questions to measure student learning outcomes and learning engagement. The data obtained were analyzed using (normality and homogeneity tests), followed by Paired Sample t-Test, Independent Sample Test, Wilxocon Test and Mann Whitney Test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores in the experimental class, namely Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) worth 0.000. Because the value of 0.000 is smaller than <0.05. Likewise, the results of the Mann Whitney test analysis on student learning engagement scores showed Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) = 0.002 (<0.005) meaning that there is a significant influence of the jigsaw learning model on student learning engagement. Thus, it can be concluded that the jigsaw learning model has a significant influence on student learning outcomes and student learning engagement at MTs Al-Ikhlas Aek Botik. | en_US |
