| dc.description.abstract | Kentang merupakan tanaman hortikultura yang dapat dijadikan tanaman alternatif setelah beras yang menghasilkan sumber kabohidrat. Kentang berpotensi untuk menunjang upaya meningkatkan keanekaragaman bahan pangan yang dikonsumsi, sehingga tidak terfokus pada satu jenis saja. Kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) merupakan salah satu alternatif pangan pokok yang diprioritaskan oleh pemerintah untuk pengembangan guna mendukung substitusi beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi media sukrosa dan paclobutrazol pada media tanam terhadap kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) varietas granola sebagai bibit G0. Penelitian ini menggunakan RALF dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi Sukrosa 0 mg/l, 50 mg/l, 60 mg/l, 70 mg/l, 80 mg/l, dan faktor kedua konsentrasi Paclobutrazol 0 mg/l, 0,2 mg/l, 0,5 mg/l, 0,8 mg/l. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Sukrosa dan Paclobutrazol tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan jumlah dan berat bobot kentang umbi mikro G0. pada parameter jumlah dan bobot mikro G0 setelah 8 minggu setelah tanam (MST) dengan kombinasi terbaik yaitu S4P3. Pada penelitian ini konsentrasi Sukrosa 80 mg/l dan konsentrasi Paclobutrazol 0,8 mg/l adalah konsentrasi terbaik untuk jumlah dan bobot kentang umbi mikro G0. Interaksi kombinasi antara Sukrosa dan Paclobutrazol menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh yang nyata terhadap jumlah dan berat bobot kentang umbi mikro G0. Potatoes are horticultural crops that can be used as an alternative crop after rice that produces a source of carbohydrates. Potatoes have the potential to support efforts to increase the diversity of food consumed, so they are not focused on just one type. Potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) are one of the staple food alternatives prioritized by the government for development to support rice substitution. This study aims to determine the effect of sucrose and paclobutrazol media concentrations in the planting media on potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) granola varieties as G0 seeds. This study used RALF with 2 factors. The first factor is the concentration of Sucrose 0 mg/l, 50 mg/l, 60 mg/l, 70 mg/l, 80 mg/l, and the second factor is the concentration of Paclobutrazol 0 mg/l, 0.2 mg/l, 0.5 mg/l, 0.8 mg/l. The results showed that the combination of Sucrose and Paclobutrazol did not have a significant effect on the growth of the number and weight of G0 micro-tuber potatoes. on the parameters of the number and weight of G0 micro tubers after 8 weeks after planting (WAP) with the best combination being S4P3. In this study, the concentration of Sucrose 80 mg/l and the concentration of Paclobutrazol 0.8 mg/l were the best concentrations for the number and weight of G0 micro tuber potatoes. The interaction of the combination between Sucrose and Paclobutrazol showed no significant effect on the number and weight of G0 micro tuber potatoes. | en_US |
