| dc.description.abstract | Medan merupakan wilayah dengan tingkat aktivitas seismik yang tinggi, sehingga analisis kinerja struktur bangunan menjadi aspek penting dalam menjamin keselamatan dan kelayakan bangunan terhadap gempa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja seismik struktur Gedung Fakultas Keperawatan dan Asrama Putri Rumah Sakit Grand Medistra di Lubuk Pakam, Medan, menggunakan metode analisis pushover berbasis perangkat lunak SAP2000. Metode ini digunakan untuk menilai kapasitas struktur dalam menahan beban lateral akibat gempa serta mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen kritis yang rentan terhadap keruntuhan. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengacu pada standar SNI 1726:2019, ATC-40, dan FEMA 440. Model struktur disimulasikan untuk menghasilkan kurva kapasitas, pola pembentukan sendi plastis, simpangan antar lantai (story drift), serta titik kinerja (performance point). Hasil analisis arah X= 0,009509664 dan Y= 0,002071013 menunjukkan bahwa struktur yang dianalisis memenuhi kriteria kinerja yang diharapkan, dengan sebagian besar elemen struktur menunjukkan perilaku daktail dan deformasi yang masih dalam batas aman. Studi ini merekomendasikan strategi perkuatan pada zona kritis untuk meningkatkan ketahanan gempa secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam perencanaan struktur bangunan tahan gempa di wilayah Medan dan sekitarnya. Medan is an area with high levels of seismic activity, making structural performance analysis a crucial aspect in ensuring the safety and earthquake-safety of buildings. This study aims to evaluate the seismic performance of the Faculty of Nursing Building and the Women's Dormitory at Grand Medistra Hospital in Lubuk Pakam, Medan, using the pushover analysis method based on SAP2000 software. This method is used to assess the structure's capacity to withstand lateral loads caused by earthquakes and identify critical elements susceptible to collapse. The analysis was conducted using a quantitative approach, referring to SNI 1726:2019, ATC-40, and FEMA 440 standards. The structural model was simulated to generate capacity curves, plastic hinge formation patterns, story drifts, and performance points. The analysis results for the X = 0.009509664 and Y = 0.002071013 directions indicate that the analyzed structure meets the expected performance criteria, with most structural elements exhibiting ductile and deformation behavior within safe limits. This study recommends a strengthening strategy in critical zones to improve overall earthquake resistance. This research is expected to serve as a reference in the planning of earthquake-resistant building structures in Medan and its surrounding areas. | en_US |
