Abstract: Implementasi kebijakan standar pendidikan nasional dalam menanamkan ideologi pancasila sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah No.4 Tahun 2022 tentang standar nasional pendidikan diarahkan untuk dapat memperkuat Identitas nasional agar tidak mudah terpengaruh budaya asing yang dapat mempengaruhi nasionalisme generasi muda. Implementasi kebijakan pendidikan nasional dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 4 Tahun 2022 menjadi pijakan untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter, termasuk penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana implementasi kebijakan tersebut di lapangan serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang dilaksanakan di SDN 104212. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta observasi langsung di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kebijakan telah diterapkan dalam bentuk pengintegrasian nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kurikulum, masih ada kendala seperti kurangnya pelatihan bagi guru, minimnya fasilitas pendukung, dan perbedaan pemahaman di kalangan tenaga pengajar. Meskipun demikian, terdapat indikasi positif dari peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap Pancasila, yang tercermin dalam perilaku dan sikap mereka sehari-hari. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran penting tentang bagaimana kebijakan nasional diimplementasikan di tingkat sekolah dasar serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penerapan ideologi Pancasila dalam pendidikan di masa depan. The implementation of the national education standards policy in instilling the Pancasila ideology in accordance with government regulation No. 4 of 2022 concerning national education standards is aimed at strengthening national identity so that it is not easily influenced by foreign culture which can influence the nationalism of the younger generation. Implementation of the national education policy in Government Regulation Number 4 of 2022 is the basis for strengthening character education, including strengthening Pancasila values in schools. This research aims to identify how the policy is implemented in the field and the challenges faced by educators in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods carried out at SDN 104212. With a qualitative approach and data collection methods, data is collected through interviews with school principals, teachers, as well as direct observation in the classroom. The research results show that even though policies have been implemented in the form of integrating Pancasila values in the curriculum, there are still obstacles such as lack of training for teachers, lack of supporting facilities, and differences in understanding among teaching staff. However, there are positive indications of increasing students' understanding of Pancasila, which is reflected in their daily behavior and attitudes. This research provides an important overview of how national policies are implemented at the elementary school level and provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of implementing the Pancasila ideology in education in the future.
