Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial Facebook dalam meningkatkan pelayanan informasi di UPT Puskesmas Janjimatogu Kecamatan Uluan Kabupaten Toba serta menggali bagaimana masyarakat menggunakan media sosial, khususnya Facebook, untuk memperoleh informasi kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Puskesmas Janjimatogu memanfaatkan dua media sosial yaitu Facebook dan Instagram, namun Facebook menjadi platform utama karena memiliki jangkauan audiens lebih luas dan interaksi lebih tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan media sosial khususnya Facebook, mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi di Puskesmas Janjimatogu dengan mempercepat penyampaian informasi, memperluas jangkauan edukasi kesehatan, serta memperkuat interaksi dengan Masyarakat. This study aims to determine how social media is used to improve information services at the Janjimatogu Community Health Center in Uluan District, Toba Regency, and to explore how the community uses social media, particularly Facebook, to obtain health information. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Janjimaatogu Community Health Center utilizes two social media platforms, namely Facebook and Instagram, but Facebook is the main platform because it has a wider audience reach and higher interaction. The conclusion of this study is that the use of social media, especially Facebook, can improve the quality of information services at the Janjimatogu Community Health Center by accelerating the delivery of information, expanding the reach of health education, and strengthening interaction with the community.
