| dc.description.abstract | Work Life Balance merupakan kondisi di mana individu mampu menyeimbangkan antara pekerjaan, keluarga, dan kehidupan pribadi dengan membagi waktu, energi, serta komitmen secara proporsional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Work Life Balance di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 50 Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur berupa skala Work Life Balance yang disusun berdasarkan faktor-faktor Work Life Balance menurut Poulose dan Sudarsan (2014). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor pekerjaan berada pada urutan pertama dengan nilai extraction sebesar 0.920, kemudian faktor pribadi dengan nilai extraction sebesar 0.866, faktor sosial dengan nilai extraction 0.796 serta faktor organisasi dengan nilai extraction sebesar 0.776. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Work Life Balance Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Medan dalam kategori tinggi. Work Life Balance is a condition in which individuals are able to maintain a balance between work, family, and personal life by allocating their time, energy, and commitment proportionally. This study aims to identify the factors that influence Work Life Balance at the Tourism Office of Medan City. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, utilizing IBM SPSS for data analysis. The sample consisted of 50 civil servants selected through total sampling. The study employed a Work Life Balance scale developed based on the factors proposed by Poulose and Sudarsan (2014). The results show that the work related factor ranks first with an extraction value of 0.920, followed by the personal factor with a value of 0.866, the social factor with 0.796, and the organizational factor with 0.776. The conclusion of this study is that the Work Life Balance of civil servants at the Tourism Office of Medan City falls into the high category. | en_US |
