dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian hardiness dengan work-family conflict pada ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di Kecamatan Jagong Jeget. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel sebanyak 100 ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja, sample ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala hardiness dan skala work-family conflict yang disusun berdasarkan aspek teoritis masing-masing variabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kepribadian hardiness dengan work-family conflict. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi r= - 0,800, dengan signifikan p= 0,01. Maka hipotesis diterima, dimana variabel work-family conflict berkontribusi sebesar 64% terhadap hardiness, yang berarti semakin tinggi kepribadian hardiness yang dimiliki maka semakin rendah konflik peran kerja keluarga yang dialami. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kepribadian hardiness berperan penting dalam mengurangi work-family conflict pada ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja. This study aims to determine the relationship between hardiness personality and work-family conflict among working housewives in Jagong Jeget District. This study uses a correlational quantitative method with a sample of 100 working housewives, with the sample determined using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments used hardiness scale and work-family conflict scale compiled based on the theoretical aspects of each variable. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between hardiness personality and work-family conflict. This is proven by a correlation coefficient rxy = -0.800, with significance p = 0.01. Thus, the hypothesis is accepted, where the work-family conflict variable is distributed by 64% toward hardiness, which means the higher the hardiness personality possessed, the lower the work-family conflict experienced. The conclusion of this study is that hardiness personality plays an important role in reducing work-family conflict among working housewives.en_US
