dc.description.abstractPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris hubungan dukungan sosial dengan burnout pada guru di SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan data yang diambil berdasarkan keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala dukungan sosial yang disususn berdasarkan aspek-aspek dan skala burnout yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek. Skala diukur berdasarkan skala likert dengan empat pilihan jawaban, berisikan pernyataan positif (favourable) dan negatif (unfavourable). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara dukungan sosial dengan Burnout. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = --0,568 dengan Signifikan p= 0,001 < 0,05.Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,322. Ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berdistribusi sebesar 32,2% terhadap Burnout. This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between social support and burnout among teachers at SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin. The research employed a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, meaning that data were collected from the entire population. The study utilized two scales: a social support scale developed based on its theoretical aspects and a burnout scale also constructed based on its dimensions. Both scales were measured using a Likert scale with four response options, consisting of both favourable (positive) and unfavourable (negative) statements. Based on the results of the Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, a negative relationship was found between social support and burnout. This finding is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.568 with a significance value of p = 0.001 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (r²) for the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is r² = 0.322. This indicates that social support contributes 32.2% to the variance in burnout.en_US
