| Abstract: | Desa Togu Domu Nauli, kecamatan Dolok Pardamean Kabupaten Simalungun adalah salah satu wilayah yang berpotensi besar sebagai penghasil bawang merah. Bawang merah yang ditanam petani panen pada umur bawang 65 hari setalah tanam. Bawang goreng salah satu bentuk olahan bawang merah yang dapat meningkatkan dan memberikan nilai tambah produk bawang merah.Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Hadena merupakan unit usaha yang bergerak mengolah bawang merah menjadi bawang goreng. UMKM Hadena mengunakan bahan baku bawang merah dari desa togu domu nauli sebagai penghasil tertingi bawang merah sesuai sumber kecamatan dolok pardamean. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua metode, yaitu metode Simple Random Sampling untuk petani bawang merah, dan metode sampel jenuh untuk pelaku usaha UMKM Bawang Goreng Hadena. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis pendapatan, serta nilai tambah dengan metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani bawang merah di Desa Togu Domu Nauli sebesar Rp 28.147.632 per musim tanam, sedangkan pendapatan pelaku usaha UMKM Bawang Goreng Hadena sebesar Rp 1.194.500 per kali produksi. Adapun nilai tambah dari pengolahan bawang merah menjadi bawang goreng oleh UMKM Hadena di Kelurahan Timbang Galung adalah sebesar Rp 36.000 per kilogram. Togu Domu Nauli Village, Dolok Pardamean District, Simalungun Regency is one of the areas with great potential as a producer of shallots. Shallots planted by farmers are harvested at 65 days after planting. Fried onions are one form of processed shallots that can increase and provide added value to shallot products. Hadena Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is a business unit engaged in processing shallots into fried shallots. Hadena MSMEs use shallot raw materials from Togu Domu Nauli Village as the highest producer of shallots according to Dolok Pardamean District sources. Determination of samples in this study was carried out using two methods, namely the Simple Random Sampling method for shallot farmers, and the saturated sample method for Hadena Fried Onion MSME business actors. Data analysis was carried out using the income analysis approach, as well as added value with the Hayami method. The research results show that the income of shallot farmers in Togu Domu Nauli Village is Rp 28,147,632 per planting season, while the income of Hadena Fried Onion MSMEs is Rp 1,194,500 per production. The added value of processing shallots into fried onions by Hadena MSMEs in Timbang Galung Village is Rp 36,000 per kilogram. |
