Komunikasi Terapeutik Perawat (Studi Fenomenologi Pengalaman Komunikasi Terapeutik Perawat dan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. Muhammad Ildrem Medan)

Abstract

Keperawatan kesehatan mental merupakan disiplin khusus praktik keperawatan yang menggunakan pemahaman ilmiah tentang perilaku manusia dan penggunaan terapeutik diri (ANA). Komunikasi terapeutik merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dipelajari perawat, karena menetukan efectivitas proses pemulihan pasien. Penelitian ini akan berkonsentrasi pada Rumah Sakit Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Medan karena pelayanan rumah sakit bagi pasien skzofrenia atau halusinasi, yang keduanya tergolong penyakit yang di pengaruhi oleh ucapan dan perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi untuk mengembangkan pemahaman. Peneliti membangun kerangka ide atau gagasan dengan memahami hubungan antara beberapa hipotesis, yaitu dengan membentuk rangkaian yang berkesinambungan dengan teori Hambatan dalam komunikasi terapeutik perawat terhadap pasien Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. Muhmmad Ildrem. Penelitian ini pengalaman komunikasi terapeutik yang dijalani oleh perawat, seperti yang dikemukakan oleh para tenaga medis atau perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. Muhmmad Ildrem, menunjukkan bahwa untuk membangun hubungan yang efektif dengan pasien, perawat harus menciptakan kedekatan dan rasa saling percaya. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui pendekatan empatik, memberikan rasa nyaman, aman, dan perhatian kepada pasien. Therapeutic communication is one of the skills that nurses must learn, because it determines the effectiveness of the patient's recovery process. This research will concentrate on Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Hospital Medan because of the hospital services for patients with schizophrenia or hallucinations, both of which are classified as diseases that are affected by speech and behavior. This study uses qualitative phenomenological methods to develop understanding. The researcher builds a framework of ideas or ideas by understanding the relationship between several hypotheses, namely by forming a continuous series with the theory of Barriers in Therapeutic Communication of Nurses to Patients at the Psychiatric Hospital Prof. Muhmmad Ildrem. This study of the therapeutic communication experience undertaken by nurses, as stated by medical personnel or nurses at the Prof. Muhmmad Ildrem Mental Hospital, shows that to build an effective relationship with patients, nurses must create closeness and mutual trust. This can be achieved through an empathetic approach, providing a sense of comfort, security, and care to the patient.
