| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja mesin penepung cangkang keong mas tipe Disc Mill FFC-15 yang terintegrasi dengan sistem Internet of Things (IoT). Tujuan utama penelitian adalah mengevaluasi kapasitas aktual, efisiensi penepungan, kecepatan putaran, dan tingkat kebisingan mesin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengujian eksperimental dengan variasi berat bahan, sementara sistem IoT diterapkan untuk pemantauan parameter mesin secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kapasitas aktual mesin menurun seiring bertambahnya beban bahan, dengan efisiensi tertinggi sebesar 85% pada kapasitas 15,3 kg/jam. Kecepatan mesin relatif stabil pada kisaran 2020–2091 rpm, sedangkan kebisingan berada di atas 90 dB. Integrasi IoT terbukti memudahkan pemantauan dan pengendalian mesin dari jarak jauh, meskipun belum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi. Penelitian ini mendukung pemanfaatan limbah keong mas sebagai produk bernilai tambah melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna. This study analyzes the performance of the Golden Apple Snail Shell Grinding Machine using the Disc Mill FFC-15 integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) system. The research aims to evaluate the actual capacity, grinding efficiency, rotation speed, and noise level of the machine. An experimental method was applied by varying material weights, while the IoT system was utilized for realtime monitoring of machine parameters. The results show that the actual capacity decreased with increasing load, with the highest efficiency of 85% at 15.3 kg/h. The machine speed remained stable between 2020 and 2091 rpm, while the noise level exceeded 90 dB. The IoT integration facilitated remote monitoring and control of the machine, although it did not significantly improve efficiency. This research highlights the potential of utilizing golden apple snail shells as valueadded products through the application of appropriate technology. | en_US |
