This study aimed to determine the effects of various types and concentrations of natural plant growth regulators (PGRs) on the growth and production of white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), as well as to identify the most effective type and concentration in enhancing yield. The research employed a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors: types of natural PGRs (Z0 = no treatment/control, Z1 = coconut water, Z2 = shallot extract, Z3 = mung bean sprout extract) and concentrations (K0 = 0%, K1 = 20%, K2 = 40%, K3 = 60%). Observed parameters included mycelium growth, days to fruiting, number of fruit bodies, cap diameter, and fresh weight at harvest. The results showed that the coconut water treatment (Z1) had the most significant effect on most growth and production parameters, particularly at the 60% concentration (Z1K3). The Z1K3 treatment effectively increased the number of fruit bodies, accelerated fruit body emergence, and produced higher fresh weight compared to other treatments. Therefore, it can be concluded that coconut water at a 60% concentration is the most effective natural plant growth regulator for enhancing the growth and yield of white oyster mushrooms.en_US
