| Abstract: | Pelet apung merupakan pakan penting dalam akuakultur yang memiliki keunggulan dalam efisiensi pemberian makan dan pengelolaan limbah. Proses pengeringan pasca-ekstrusi memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan kualitas akhir pelet, termasuk stabilitas dan daya tahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji teknologi pengeringan pasca-ekstrusi yang inovatif guna meningkatkan stabilitas dan daya tahan pelet apung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perbandingan antara teknologi pengeringan tradisional dan teknologi pengeringan baru yang diusulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi pengeringan baru secara signifikan meningkatkan stabilitas dan daya tahan pelet apung. Floating pellets are an important feed in aquaculture which has advantages in feeding efficiency and waste management. The post-extrusion drying process plays an important role in determining the final quality of the pellets, including stability and durability. This research aims to develop and test an innovative postextrusion drying technology to increase the stability and durability of floating pellets.
