dc.description.abstractKeong mas (pomacea canaliculata) merupakan salah satu hama utama yang menyerang tanaman padi di indonesia. Namun, cangkangnya mengandung kalsium karbonat yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi tepung pekan ternak maupun pupuk organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat mesin penepung cangkang keong mas berbasis sistem Internet of Things (IoT) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kemudahan kontrol. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, mulai dari pembuatan rangka mesin disk mill, perakitan komponen, hingga integrasi sistem IoT berbasis ESP8266 dan aplikasi Blynk. Sensor rpm dan sensor daya digunakan untuk memantau performa mesin, sedangkan relay dikendalikan melalui aplikasi Blynk untuk fungsi ON/OFF. Parameter rpm dan daya listrik ditampilkan di layar Oled yang tertanam pada panel Box IoT, sedangkan pengoprasian mesin dilakukan melalui aplikasi Blynk di smartphone. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja stabil dan mendukung pemantauan serta kontrol mesin secara efisien. The golden apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata) is a major pest attacking rice plants in Indonesia. However, its shell contains calcium carbonate, which can be used as animal feed flour and organic fertilizer. This research aims to create an Internet of Things (IoT)-based golden apple snail shell flouring machine to improve efficiency and ease of control. The research and development method used included constructing the disk mill frame and assembling components, as well as integrating an ESP8266-based IoT system with the Blynk application. RPM and power sensors are used to monitor machine performance, while relays are controlled via the Blynk application for on/off functions. RPM and power parameters are displayed on an OLED display embedded in the IoT panel box, while machine operation is handled via the Blynk application on a smartphone. Test results show that the system operates stably and supports efficient machine Monitoring and control.en_US
