dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perseroan Terbatas Tempo Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan Perseroan Terbatas Tempo Medan di Medan 1, Kompleks Industri Medan Star, Jl. Pelita II No. 2-4. Tanjung Morawa - Deli Serdang, yang berjumlah 69 orang. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh yang dimana jumlah populasi di jadikan sampel yaitu 69 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif Perseroan Terbatas dan analisis regresi linier berganda , hasil penentuan menunjukan bahwa:(1) Variabel Pelatihan berpengaruh Positif dan secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (4.877) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.996).(2) terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (4.877) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.996). (3) Variabel bebas Pelatihan (X1), dan Kompensasi (X2) secara serempak signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and compensation on employee performance at Perseroan Terbatas.Tempo Medan, the research method used in this study was quantitative. Research population of Perseroan Terbatas.Tempo Medan employees in Medan 1. Medan Star Industrial Complex, Jl. Pelita II No. 2-4. Tanjung Morawa - Deli Serdang, Medan 20362. which amounted to 69 people. and the determination of the sample in this study using saturated sampling where the total population was sampled, namely 69 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriPerseroan Terbatasive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05 and gets the results (1) Variable Training has a Positive and significant effect on Employee Performance This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) < from 0.05 and t-count (4. (2) seen from the significant value (0.000) < from 0.05 and t-count (4.877) > compared to t-table (1.996).Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance It is seen from the significant value (0.000) < 0.05 and t-count (4.478) > compared to t-table (1.996). (3) independent variables Training (X1), and Compensation (X2) simultaneously are significant to employee performance.en_US
