Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Pemanen Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq) di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 6 (Studi Kasus : Unit Kebun Julok Rayeuk Utara, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Reg.6 Kecamatan Indra Makmu, Kabupaten Aceh Timur)

Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu komoditi unggulan dalam bidang perkebunan yang menjadi penghasil devisa terbanyak di Indpnesia (Dirjen Perkebunan,2020). Di Kabupaten Aceh Timur terdapat 1(satu) unit kebun BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) yang biasa dikenal dengan PT.Perkebunan Nusantara yaitu Unit Kebun Kelapa Sawit Julok Rayeuk Utara. Julok rayeuk utara merupakan salah satu unit kebun dari PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 6. Tinggi rendahnya produksi kelapa sawit sangat dipengaruhi oleh produktivitas dan kinerja yang baik dari karyawan khususnya pemanen yang menjadi ujung tombak produksi di ruang lingkup perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem premi panen, kepuasan kerja, pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pemanen di unit kebun Julok Rayeuk Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni tahun 2025. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu proportionated stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 karyawan pemanen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem premi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pemanen. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan pemanen. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan pemanen. Lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pemanen di unit kebun Julok rayeuk utara. Palm oil is one of the leading commodities in the plantation sector which is the largest foreign exchange earner in Indonesia (Directorate General of Plantations, 2020). In East Aceh Regency, there is 1 (one) BUMN (State-Owned Enterprise) plantation unit commonly known as PT. Perkebunan Nusantara, namely the Julok Rayeuk Utara Palm Oil Plantation Unit. Julok Rayeuk Utara is one of the plantation units of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 6. The high and low levels of palm oil production are greatly influenced by the productivity and good performance of employees, especially harvesters who are the spearhead of production within the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the harvest premium system, job satisfaction, work experience and work environment on the performance of harvester employees in the Julok Rayeuk Utara plantation unit. This study was conducted in June 2025. The sampling technique in this study was proportionated stratified random sampling with a sample of 56 harvester employees. The results of this study indicate that the premium system has a positive effect on the performance of harvester employees. Job satisfaction negatively impacts harvester performance. Work experience negatively impacts harvester performance. The work environment positively impacts harvester performance at the Julok Rayeuk Utara plantation unit.
