dc.description.abstractPedro merupakan perusahaan retail kategori intermediate luxury yang bersaing di pasar fashion modern, khususnya di Kota Medan. Fenomena dalam penelitian ini muncul akibat rendahnya volume penjualan di Pedro Center Point Medan pada tahun 2024 dikarenakan adanya masalah tunggakan pajak pada Mall Center Point Medan dibandingkan dengan Pedro lainnya di kota yang sama, yaitu Pedro Deli Park dan Sun Plaza. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh keterbatasan dalam penerapan strategi conversion rate optimization dan terjadinya window shopping. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terhadap 96 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Pedro Center Point Medan. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel conversion rate optimization memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, sedangkan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut tetap memberikan kontribusi terhadap volume penjualan dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 11,967 (lebih besar dari F-tabel 3,09) dan signifikansi 0,000. Adapun nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,188 menunjukkan bahwa 18,8% variasi volume penjualan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Pedro is an intermediate luxury retail company competing in the modern fashion market, particularly in Medan City. This study addresses the decline in sales volume at Pedro Center Point Medan in 2024, which was caused by tax arrears at the Center Point Mall compared to other outlets in the same city, namely Pedro Deli Park and Sun Plaza. The problem is suspected to be related to the limited implementation of conversion rate optimization strategies and the occurrence of window shopping.This research applies a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 customers of Pedro Center Point Medan. The data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that Conversion Rate Optimization has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, while Service Quality has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, both variables contribute to sales volume with an F-calculated value of 11.967 (greater than the F-table value of 3.09) and a significance level of 0.000. The adjusted R square value of 0.188 indicates that 18.8% of the variation in sales volume can be explained by these two independent variables, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors.en_US
