Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Soft skill, On the job training, dan Work motivation terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Palma Gemilang Kencana di Jambi yang berjumlah 81 orang, perhitungan jumlah sampel sampling jenuh yang dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Soft skill, On the job training dan Work motivation secara bersama-sama memilikipengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,612% yang artinya bahwa kualitas Soft skill, On the job training dan Work motivation mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 61,2% dan sisanya 38,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain tang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Soft skills, on-the-job training, and Work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Palma Gemilang Kencana Jambi, totaling 81 individuals, with the saturated sampling calculation where the entire population is used as a sample. The data collection methods in this study are questionnaires, and literature studies. The descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the F test show that Soft skills, on-the-job training, and Work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) test, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.612%, which means that the quality of Soft skills, on-the-job training, and Work motivation affects employee performance by 61,2%, and the remaining 38,8% can be explained by other factors not studied in this research.
