| Abstract: | Jamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) merupakan komoditas pangan yang populer di Indonesia. Namun, jamur tiram memiliki kelemahan utama yaitu kualitasnya yang tidak tahan lama, sehingga rentan terhadap kerusakan dan pembusukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis rantai pasok PT.Mushiro Jaya Group. dalam penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode FSCN untuk menggambarkan rantai pasok, serta pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model SCOR guna mengevaluasi kinerja rantai pasok PT.Mushiro Jaya Group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Rantai pasok PT.Mushiro Jaya Group melibatkan pemilik usaha, mitra, dan konsumen, namun belum mampu sepenuhnya memenuhi permintaan pasar akibat keterbatasan produksi dan distribusi, sehingga terjadi kesenjangan antara kapasitas dan harapan konsumen. Meskipun rantai pasoknya cukup terorganisir dari produksi hingga distribusi melalui mitra, hasil analisis menggunakan lima atribut SCOR menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori sedang, dengan kelemahan utama pada pemenuhan pesanan dan pengelolaan persediaan harian. Metode SCOR terbukti efektif dalam mengidentifikasi titik lemah dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) are a popular food commodity in Indonesia. However, oyster mushrooms have a major weakness, which is their quality that does not last long, making them prone to damage and decay. This study aims to describe and analyze the supply chain of PT. Mushiro Jaya Group. In determining respondents, purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods were used. Data analysis in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the FSCN method to describe the supply chain, as well as a quantitative approach with the SCOR model to evaluate the performance of the supply chain of PT. Mushiro Jaya Group. The results of the study show that the supply chain of PT. Mushiro Jaya Group involves business owners, partners, and consumers, but has not yet fully met market demand due to production and distribution limitations, leading to a gap between capacity and consumer expectations. Although the supply chain is quite organized from production to distribution through partners, the analysis using five SCOR attributes shows that the company's performance falls into the moderate category, with major weaknesses in order fulfillment and daily inventory management. The SCOR method has proven effective in identifying weak points and supporting strategic decision-making. |
