This study was motivated by the growing public interest in microgreens as highly nutritious and eco-friendly functional food products suitable for urban cultivation. However, selecting the optimal growing medium and natural nutrient sources remains a challenge in enhancing the growth and yield of microgreens, particularly pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of coconut water application and various growing media on the growth and production of pakcoy microgreens. The results showed that coconut water significantly affected germination percentage and fresh weight, with the best treatment at 200 ml/tray (A3). The growing medium also had a significant effect on plant height at 7 days after sowing (DAS), germination percentage, fresh weight, and root length, with the best results from cow manure compost at 300 g/tray (M3). The interaction between coconut water and growing media had a significant effect on fresh weight, with the best combination being M3A3 (cow manure compost and 200 ml/tray of coconut water). These findings indicate that combining coconut water and cow manure compost effectively enhances the growth and yield of pakcoy microgreens.en_US
