| Abstract: | Tanaman pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L.) merupakan tanaman sayuran yang termasuk keluarga Brassicaceae. Pakcoy atau sawi sendok adalah salah satu sayuran daun yang cukup banyak diminati dan memiliki masa panen relatif cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dosis terbaik pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk organik cair apu-apu (Pistia stratiotes L.) terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman baby pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L.). Penelitian dilakukan di lahan pribadi Desa Jaharun B, Kecamatan Galang, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) secara faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu dosis pupuk kandang ayam (notasi P) terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan, yakni P0: kontrol, P1: 2 kg/m2, P2: 3 kg/m2 dan dosis POC apu-apu terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan, yakni N0: kontrol, N1: 100 ml/1 Liter air, N2: 200 ml/1 Liter air. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat tanaman per sampel, berat tanaman per sampel tanpa akar, dan berat tanaman per plot. Perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam berpengaruh sagat nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan dengan dosis terbaik P2 yaitu 3 kg/m2, pemberian POC apu-apu berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah daun dengan dosis terbaik N2 yaitu 200 ml/1 Liter air, sedangkan kombinasi kedua perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi baby pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L.). Pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L.) is a vegetable plant belonging to the Brassicaceae family. Pakcoy, or spoon mustard, is a leafy vegetable that is quite popular and has a relatively short harvest period. The objective of this study was to determine the optimal dosage of chicken manure fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer from water lettuce (Pistia stratiotes L.) for the growth and production of baby pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L.). The study was conducted on private land in Jaharun B Village, Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency, using a factorial randomized block design consisting of two treatment factors, namely chicken manure fertilizer dosage (notation P) consisting of 3 treatment levels, namely P0: control, P1: 2 kg/m2, P2: 3 kg/m2 and water hyacinth POC dosage consisting of 3 treatment levels, namely N0: control, N1: 100 ml/1 liter of water, N2: 200 ml/1 liter of water. Observations were made on plant height, number of leaves, plant weight per sample, plant weight per sample without roots, and plant weight per plot. Chicken manure treatment had a very significant effect on all observation parameters with the best P2 dose being 3 kg/m2, while POC apu-apu application had a significant effect on plant height and a very significant effect on the number of leaves with the best N2 dose being 200 ml/1 liter of water. while the combination of both treatments did not significantly affect the growth and production of baby pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L.). |
