| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen gula aren di pasar Tradisional Kebun Lada Binjai Utara, untuk mengetahui atribut yang menjadi preferensi, dan untuk mengetahui urutan atribut gula aren di pasar Tradisional Kebun Lada Binjai Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis conjoint yang menggunakan software SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis konjoin menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik konsumen berdasarkan jenis kelamin perempuan sebesar 80,0%, umur 42-50 sebesar 32,0%, pekerjaan wiraswasta sebesar 28,0%, pendapata Rp.3.000.000- Rp.4.000.000 sebesar 42,0%, jumlah anggota keluarga 3-4 sebesar 40,0%. Atribut dan level gula aren yang menjadi preferensi konsumen adalah harga murah Rp.26.000-Rp.29.000-, ukuran besar, warna cokelat kehitaman, rasa manis, tanpa kemasan, Urutan atribut gula aren menurut kepentingan konsumen yang menjadi preferensi konsumen adalah harga sebesar 37,298%, ukuran 25,920%, warna 17,245%, rasa 10,365%, kemasan 9,171%. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi kedua variabel tersebut yang berada di bawah 0,05. This study aims to determine the characteristics of palm sugar consumers in the Traditional Market of Kebun Lada Binjai Utara, to identify the preferred attributes, and to ascertain the ranking of palm sugar attributes in the Traditional Market of Kebun Lada Binjai Utara. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis technique used is conjoint analysis utilizing SPSS software version 24. The research results indicate that the conjoint analysis shows consumer characteristics based on gender, with 80.0% being female, 32.0% aged 42-50, 28.0% self-employed, 42.0% with an income of Rp.3,000,000-Rp.4,000,000, and 40.0% with 3-4 family members. The attributes and levels of palm sugar that are consumer preferences include a low price of Rp.26,000-Rp.29.000, large size, dark brown color, sweet taste, and plastic bag packaging. The order of palm sugar attributes according to consumer importance is price at 37.298%, size at 25.920%, color at 17.245%, taste at 10.365%, and packaging at 9.171%. This is indicated by the significance values of these two variables being below 0.05. | en_US |
