| Abstract: | Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada instalasi listrik berdaya 450 watt adalah pemutusan arus secara otomatis (trip) oleh Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) akibat kelebihan beban. Kondisi ini mengharuskan pengguna untuk menyalakan kembali MCB secara manual, yang dapat merepotkan jika lokasi MCB sulit dijangkau. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah alat berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mampu mengendalikan tuas MCB secara jarak jauh menggunakan motor servo MG996R. Selain itu, alat ini juga dilengkapi fitur pemutusan beban secara bertahap melalui penggerak motor servo pada saklar, agar beban dapat dikurangi terlebih dahulu sebelum MCB dinyalakan kembali. Sistem ini dikendalikan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP8266 dan aplikasi IoT (Blynk) sebagai antarmuka pengguna. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat dapat bekerja sesuai logika, di mana pengguna dapat memutus dan menyambung kembali beban serta me-reset tuas MCB melalui smartphone. Alat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi praktis dan aman dalam menghadapi masalah kelebihan beban listrik, khususnya pada instalasi berdaya rendah. A common issue in 450-watt electrical installations is the automatic trip of the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) due to overload conditions. This situation requires users to manually reset the MCB, which can be inconvenient, especially if the MCB is located in a hard-to-reach place. Therefore, this research designs an Internet of Things (IoT)-based device capable of remotely controlling the MCB lever using a MG996R servo motor. Additionally, the device is equipped with a feature to gradually disconnect the load through the servo-driven switch, allowing the load to be reduced before the MCB is reactivated. The system is controlled by an ESP8266 microcontroller and uses the Blynk IoT application as the user interface. Testing results demonstrate that the device operates as intended, enabling users to disconnect and reconnect the load as well as reset the MCB lever via a smartphone.
