| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis laju aliran aktual dan laju alir evesiensi volumetrik .Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menciptakan kinerja screw Single Siwar dan screw double siwar dalam proses ekstrusi. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menciptakan dan Memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan desain screw dalam mesin ekstrusi. Menyediakan data empiris untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi pakan ikan dan juga menjadi refrensi bagi industry dalam memilih jenis screw yang sesuai kebutuhan.Untuk metode yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode statistik. Penelitian dilakukan di jalan asem N0. 2 desa bandar klippa percut sei tuan. Penelitian ini memperhitungkan bagian bagian komponen seperti Screw Single Siwar dan screw double siwar dan perhitungan yang matang untuk menciptakan hasil yang sesuai seperti yang di harapkan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan hasil akhir yang baik seperti yang di harapkan. This study was conducted to analyze the actual flow rate and volumetric efficiency flow rate. The purpose of this study is to create the performance of a Single Siwar screw and a double siwar screw in the extrusion process. It is hoped that the results of this study can create and contribute to the development of screw design in extrusion machines. Provide empirical data to increase the efficiency of fish feed production and also be a reference for the industry in choosing the type of screw that suits their needs. The method used in this study is a descriptive method and a statistical method. The study was conducted on Jalan Asem N0. 2, Bandar Klippa Percut Sei Tuan Village. This study takes into account component parts such as a Single Siwar screw and a double siwar screw and careful calculations to create results that are as expected.
