Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial e-marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan service quality dan e-marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Ecoprint. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian produk di Nauli Ecoprint sebanyak 325 responden, dengan jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 76 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, e-marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dan service quality dan e- marketing berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di Nauli Ecoprint Medan Johor. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the partial influence of service quality on purchasing decisions, to determine and analyze the partial influence of e-marketing on purchasing decisions, and to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of service quality and e-marketing on purchasing decisions for Ecoprint products. The population in this study was 325 customers who purchased products at Nauli Ecoprint, resulting in a sample size of 76 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used in this study were multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, e-marketing had a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, and service quality and e-marketing had a simultaneous influence on product purchasing decisions at Nauli Ecoprint Medan Johor.
